Purchases made through this website will ship to Canada, and the U.S.A.

Orders will be shipped within 5 days of making your purchase (unless otherwise posted or informed) with applied standard shipping times. If you would like it expedited please e-mail to arrange additional costs.

Shipping insurance on your new art piece is included in your shipping price.

Extra care is taken when shipping your product. Unfortunately accidents in transit happen that is out of everyone's control, which is why by purchasing a product through this website you are agreeing that Kassandra Turmel Art is not held responsible for any possible damages made while in transit.

I am not responsible for any damages to an art piece after it is in the care of it’s purchaser.

All art sales are final and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please get in touch by e-mail.

Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours after a purchase is made. A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required for any custom art piece. All custom/commissioned art pieces and any costs paid by the purchaser for the piece are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.
